The Rules
- Title tags ≤ 60 characters — Google truncates at ~60 chars. Every character counts.
- Meta descriptions ≤ 155 characters — Longer descriptions get cut off in SERPs.
- 100% unique — Every record should produce a distinct title and description. Duplicates hurt.
- Entity-rich — Include the entity name, location, and primary attribute in the title.
- Site name last — Put the entity-specific content first, site branding after the pipe.
